“Sacramento: DO NOT HESITATE to go with Blyss construction for all your exterior home siding needs and more! I want to thank Danyelle (sales) for giving a competitive quote and answering all my questions about James Hardie Siding. They provided a 3D rendering of the final design so I could get a better visual. Besides the siding I also settled on other items (replacement of water damaged pillars, addition of newer handrails). Danyelle gave a clear timeline of expected start date as well as duration of project. When the project began communication was done through a group text message chat with Nazar (project manager) and Danyelle. Everything was communicated clearly and effectively to make sure everyone was in the same page. They knocked on all the immediate neighbors doors to ask them to relocate their car to avoid potential damage from the demolition process. Progress pictures and videos helped me make an informative decision to replace old dry rot and termite damaged sheathing. Then the installation of the new siding began. Incorrect siding was installed initially, but that was a fault of a 3rd party siding delivery team. Nazar acted quickly and had his guys remove the incorrect siding to install the correct one. The job site was always clean and tidy. The end product was amazing. The attention to detail from start to finish made this project truly special. Nazar and Danyelle were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable throughout. Overall AMAZING TEAM and GREAT SERVICE. You will not be disappointed!”

“I have used Blyss for several things after interviewing between 4 and 6 other contractors for similar services. It started with having to have 2 large decks replaced that got called on an inspection for a VA loan. At the same time I wanted to take out a step down area in our family room so it was one level with the kitchen. As with any construction project, we ran into a few issues. The mark to me of a good company is trying to foresee most issues, which they did, but a GREAT company is how they react when things don't go as planned or someone doesn't quite do the job to the clients satisfaction. This is where they totally excelled and as a result I gave them another shot at putting a new roof on for me after getting 6 different bids. Their price was very competitive and their service again, was above and beyond. Later on I had another local company set up to paint my exterior and they had recently completed painting my barn but my experience with them was so poor that I asked Blyss to bid that job too and they did and came in at about the same price so gave them the job. I could not be happier. In all they did the following: Deck replacement, interior floor raising and new flooring, ended up replacing my hot water heater too as it failed in the middle of that, exterior painting, new roof and gutters. At some point I plan on expanding my pool house for senior living and they will be my go-to company! Couldn't be happier. From the owner, to the Foreman (Serge) to the project manager Danyelle. All are absolutely wonderful to work with.”

“Blyss Construction replaced our 38-year-old sidings of a house, 3000 miles away from where we live. The owner, Yuriy, made himself available over the weekend visiting the property for an estimate. We received 5 quotes. 3 of 5 quotes were in the same price range including Blyss Construction's. In addition to the city permit application, Blyss Construction helped with filling out an application form to and communicating with the homeowner association (HOA). Their proposal included all the essential information for HOA's review and approval. Excellent service and great communication. Emails were responded in a timely manner. The project was completed within budget and promised time. Their attention to detail is true craftsmanship. The team went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the project was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. A garden window was reinstalled in a neat way (without visual support structure). A bathroom window, broken during construction, was replaced. The front entry doors and garage door were painted (which was not included in the contract) making the entire exterior look new. The team was always respectful of the property, leaving the site clean and organized at the end of each day. Blyss Construction emailed us photos and video at the end of the construction. Yuriy walked through the project/house with me when I arrived at the property one week after completion. Several neighbors, including those who had their sidings replaced and one kitchen cabinet contractor, observed the construction on a daily basis. They were impressed by the work performed by Blyss Construction. At least two neighbors are now working with Blyss Construction for their sidings and windows replacement, including my next door neighbor. The level of service and the quality of the finished product received from Blyss Construction was unparalleled. The finished product was beautiful!
